TEXLY / RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returns or exchanges within 15 days
Customers may request an exchange or return of a roll for a refund within 15 days of receiving it, whether because of a fabric issue or a change of preference, provided the fabric has not been cut, used in manufacturing or damaged.
Fabric inspection and defects
Inspect fabric before cutting. If a defect appears when spreading it for inspection, re-roll it and request a return or exchange within the stated period. The standard returns policy does not cover cut or manufactured fabric. Claims about hidden defects are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable legal rights.
Returned fabric inspection within 48 hours
Returned fabric is inspected within 48 hours of arriving at the Texly warehouse to verify that it is the fabric supplied to the customer and to check its weight or length and condition against the invoice and records. The customer is informed of the inspection result and whether the return or exchange is accepted.
Returned goods refunds within 7 days
Once the return is accepted, the amount paid for the accepted returned fabric is refunded within a total of 7 days from its arrival at the Texly warehouse. This period includes the 48-hour inspection; no additional period starts after inspection. The refund is based on the price actually paid on the invoice.
Cancellation and deposit refund within 10 days
If the customer requests cancellation, the deposit is refunded within 10 days of the cancellation request. These 10 days are the refund processing period, not a deadline for requesting cancellation.
Transport costs
The customer bears fabric transport costs for returns or exchanges, including fabric-defect cases, to the extent this does not conflict with mandatory legal rights.
How to request a return or refund
Contact Texly or the salesperson handling your order with the invoice number, fabric name, quantity, reason for the request and photos if there is a defect. Coordinate the return with sales before sending the fabric so its arrival and inspection can be recorded.
Time periods
The stated periods are calendar days. The return or exchange period runs from customer receipt, the returned-goods refund period from warehouse arrival, and the deposit refund period from the cancellation request.
